1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Nature of Business
Cemerlang Tech Sdn Bhd provides technical support, troubleshooting, repair, and scheduled maintenance services primarily for commercial coffee machines and specific electrical equipment, excluding standard domestic appliances. All scopes of work strictly adhere to standard industrial engineering frameworks.
3. Service Commitments and Liability
We strive to provide highly accurate and safe repairs. However, the Company accepts no liability for pre-existing electrical or mechanical faults on the client's premises that cause failure following a repair. Warranty for replaced OEM parts varies by manufacturer and is subject strictly to the conditions provided by that manufacturer. The company shall not be liable for loss of income, revenue, or data resulting from equipment downtime.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for diagnostic visits, parts, and labor is due upon the completion of service unless a standing invoicing contract exists with the client entity. Late payments may incur standard statutory interest as permitted by Malaysian law. Materials and parts remain the property of Cemerlang Tech Sdn Bhd until paid for in full.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Service visits must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours written or verbal notice. Failure to notify the company may result in a standard call-out diagnostic fee, as resources and personnel have already been allocated.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cemerlang Tech Sdn Bhd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia (Pulau Pinang regulations strictly observed), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
